Youth Fellowship

The Church of Scotland Youth Fellowship (or Y.F. as the cool young people call it)

Meeting Every Sunday Night from 1930 to 2130 hours at Park Church Halls. Charlotte St.

The basic idea is to have fun learning about God through discussions and talks and many other activities. One of the many successful activities the Y.F. take part in is music. With an abundance of musical talent present in the Y.F., well from the youth anyway, we have successfully taken the lead in an evening service for all three of the Church’s of Scotland where we led all the praise and worship for the entire service.

This isn’t an average night however, a normal night usually consists of arriving and having a bit of a chat and a laugh while we wait for the usual latecomers. Then we find out what we’re actually doing for that night, usually it involves a discussion on a topic which one of our wise and elderly leaders would lead us on but it may be organising an event we are leading, I use ‘organising’ in the loosest sense of the word.

As well as all of this we even find time to maybe go out on a trip at the end of a session which is always good fun. That is basically what you can expect to find if you attend the Church of Scotland Y.F.
