New Young Church Season

 

Last Sunday saw the start of St Colmba Young Church for another new term. On average there are 30 young people meeting regularly for worship , games, activities and instruction in the ways of the Christian faith. There are 3-4 new leaders who have all progressed from the young church itself and are now moving into leadership. With 30+ young people and 10+ leaders, we have plans to do some new activities this year, involving the parents and other siblings and friends. The first Sunday of the season last week ( 23rd August) was an open day when parents were invitied to join the young people for the full session, which we hope will have been interesting and informative.  We are very much looking forward to this new excting season, and hope to see our young people and friends there too.
